PM Shift:

1st Shift We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Lead to join our warehouse team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who enjoys leading a team while staying hands-on with daily operations. What You'll Bring to the Role Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and complete assignments with minimal direction Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience leading team members and ensuring assigned work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment 2+ years of warehouse or light industrial experience required Previous Lead or Team Lead experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs or ladders as required Comfortable working around elevated areas/heights Ability to work in typical warehouse conditions, including dust, noise, odors, heat, and cold Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Must be available to work Thursday through Monday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
