Part-Time Shop & Content Assistant

Job Summary Join Mt. Fo'rest, a stationery and lifestyle shop in Pasadena, and help create a warm, inviting experience for every customer. As a Part-Time Shop & Content Assistant, you'll assist with sales, operate the POS system, restock shelves, and help keep the store looking its best. You'll also help capture small, everyday moments in the shop for our social media. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a love for stationery. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately Restock and maintain a tidy, visually appealing store Share product knowledge and demonstrate items as needed Provide friendly, helpful customer service Support inventory tracking and basic stockroom organization Assist capture simple photos or short videos of the shop and products as needed Assist with simple content or small creative ideas as needed Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using POS systems Detail-oriented, with a love for stationery Has a good eye for simple, thoughtful visuals Enjoys taking photos or creating content Drawing or illustration is a plus Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus Weekend availability required
