Team Leader

The position of Team Leader contributes to the success of Twisted Tulip by ensuring our service and product standards are met. The Team Leader is focused on connecting with the Guests, discovering their needs and exceeding their service expectations. The position of Team Leader requires positive, effective communication and people skills. You must greet, smile and make eye contact with the Guests. As a Team Leader you must listen to the needs of the Guest, offer suggestions and serve products in a fast and efficient manner according to our standards. As a Team Leader, you work as a team with your fellow Team Members to ensure our service and product standards are met in a friendly, helpful and clean environment. A Team Leader must be self-motivated, responsible and friendly. The Team members must effectively accept payment and handle cash while helping customers.
