A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description
General Purpose:
- Assist in the daily and seasonal operations of the Thrift Shop as related to the dock position and cleanliness needs.
- Comply with the Thrift Shop director's requests and assist in achieving goals set forth by director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily store operations as outlined by management
- Assist in the distribution of donations as outlined by supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive Christian attitude
- Be flexible to perform numerous job duties as determined by supervisor
- Demonstrate a high standard of customer service Weekend (Saturday) availability is needed.
