teams: DELI (APPY), PRODUCE, BAKERY, andPREPARED FOODS!
Deli is a full-service customer-facing department where clerks slice cheeses and meats using powered slicers, handle salads and all product sold in the department, and clean. Produce involves cutting and packaging fresh fruit behind the scenes, working in the cooler with fruits and veggies, and packing out the product, focusing on rotation and freshness. Bakery is a production department where clerks do bake-offs, package and label product, clean, slice bread, and take cake orders.- Full Time possibility Prepared Foods Clerks make sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and other hot food, along with clean and conduct temperature checks.
- Full Time possibility The position requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Weekend availability required
- Outstanding customer service
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, squat, push, pull, and regularly lift & carry 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work within store coolers, freezers, in and out of cold temperatures
- Must be able to handle all products and cleaning agents in the department
- Must feel comfortable using deli slicers, ovens, rotisseries, sanitizers/degreasers
- Must be able to work around food allergens
