You'll assist customers with questions, help maintain product displays and stock, and support the wider team with routine store activities. The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can manage different tasks throughout the day.

A typical week could involve:

Welcoming and assisting customers Answering questions about products and services Helping customers locate products or information Restocking shelves and maintaining product availability Organizing merchandise and keeping displays presentable Checking stock levels and reporting shortages Assisting with deliveries and incoming products Updating basic stock or product records Keeping customer and sales areas clean and organized Supporting the team with routine retail tasks Following company procedures for customer service and stock handling Escalating customer issues when additional support is required Retail Experience Is Helpful Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, reception, administration, warehouse, or other customer-facing roles can provide relevant skills for this position. We're looking for someone who: Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable speaking with customers Pays attention to detail Can stay organized during a busy working day Has basic computer confidence Can follow established procedures Works well independently and as part of a team Maintains a professional and helpful approach Training will be provided on our products, systems, and internal procedures. Monday to Friday The position is full-time and on-site in Hialeah, FL. You'll work alongside the wider retail team and receive training on the processes and systems needed for the role.
