Job Description

Stock Assistant Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm On-site | Permanent position This role is mainly about keeping stock organized, accurate, and easy to locate. We have products and materials coming in and going out regularly, and we need a Stock Assistant to help keep inventory records and stock areas up to date. The work is fairly structured, so it would suit someone who likes staying organized, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working with products and inventory throughout the day. Day to Day Receive and check incoming stock and deliveries Organize products and materials in designated storage areas Update inventory records and stock information Assist with regular stock counts and checks Check quantities against delivery notes and records Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items Prepare stock and materials for internal requests or distribution Locate products and assist with stock enquiries Keep storage and stock areas organized and tidy Follow established procedures for handling and recording stock Complete routine administrative tasks related to inventory Report stock discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team What's Important You'll need good organizational skills, basic computer confidence, and attention to detail. Accuracy is important when checking and recording stock information. Previous stock, inventory, retail, warehouse, administrative, or customer service experience is useful, although training on our systems and processes will be provided. We're looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized, follow established procedures, and manage routine tasks consistently throughout the day. Pay:
$23.74 - $26.45 per hour
