Retail Guest Experience Guide - Part Time FloridaRAMA is seeking an upbeat, enthusiastic, and sales-driven individual to join our Retail Guest Experience team. In this role, you will create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for guests while helping drive sales in our immersive art gift shop. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with every guest in a friendly and professional manner Build genuine connections with guests to create a memorable and personalized shopping experience Confidently recommend and sell high-value merchandise, artwork, collectibles, and specialty items Educate guests on featured artists, products, limited-edition merchandise, and FloridaRAMA-exclusive items Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, featured collections, and upcoming product releases Assist guests with product selection by understanding their interests and making thoughtful recommendations Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays and merchandising areas Restock merchandise throughout the day and monitor inventory levels Help prevent loss by maintaining awareness of merchandise and guest activity throughout the shop Promote FloridaRAMA events, memberships, artists, and brand initiatives through guest interaction Assist with retail launches, special events, product drops, and shop activations Work collaboratively with coworkers and leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment Uphold the FloridaRAMA brand and follow all company policies and procedures set forth by Fairgrounds Projects Inc. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the retail space Ideal Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Retail or sales experience preferred, especially in art, boutique, gallery, or specialty retail environments Comfortable initiating conversations and upselling premium products Passion for art, creativity, and immersive experiences Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and holiday availability preferred Benefits FREE tickets for Friends and Family! Requirements Minimum age 17 Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Ability to work under pressure with a heightened sense of urgency Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be a team player Have a growth mindset Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and may require the use of a ladder 1 year of experience using a handheld device (mobile phone, ipad, ipod or tablet) Able to occasionally lift up to 40lbs.
