In this position, you will make all guests feel welcome and help meet their needs throughout their FloridaRAMA journey. You will perform entry-level duties that include customer service, maintenance and retail store functions. All Guest Experience Guides will be cross-trained to work in various areas throughout FloridaRAMA, but will focus on a particular task during their shift. The ideal candidate is passionate about engaging with the public to provide remarkable experiences at Tampa Bay's first destination for experiencing immersive art and technology. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with every guest in a friendly and professional manner Build genuine connections with guests to create a memorable and personalized shopping experience Confidently recommend and sell high-value merchandise, artwork, collectibles, and specialty items Educate guests on featured artists, products, limited-edition merchandise, and FloridaRAMA-exclusive items Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, featured collections, and upcoming product releases Assist guests with product selection by understanding their interests and making thoughtful recommendations Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays and merchandising areas Restock merchandise throughout the day and monitor inventory levels Help prevent loss by maintaining awareness of merchandise and guest activity throughout the shop Promote FloridaRAMA events, memberships, artists, and brand initiatives through guest interaction Assist with retail launches, special events, product drops, and shop activations Work collaboratively with coworkers and leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment Uphold the FloridaRAMA brand and follow all company policies and procedures set forth by Fairgrounds Projects Inc. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the retail space Ideal Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Retail or sales experience preferred, especially in art, boutique, gallery, or specialty retail environments Comfortable initiating conversations and upselling premium products Passion for art, creativity, and immersive experiences Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and holiday availability preferred
