Qualifications:

Valid SSW (School Social Worker) and PEL (Professional Educator License) are required Experience working in a school-based setting with young children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage a diverse caseload and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling for Pre-K and K3 students Help address barriers to academic success by implementing interventions and support strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to develop and monitor student support plans Support students social and emotional development, creating an inclusive and safe environment Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed Promote a positive school culture and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for all students This position offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience, typically ranging from $45 to $60 per hour, along with weekly pay.
