Job Description

As a Receiving Coordinator at Sazerac House, you'll help keep retail running smoothly by making sure the right products and supplies are ordered, received, organized, and ready when needed. You'll work closely with internal teams in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization make a direct impact on daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to build experience across purchasing, inventory, receiving, and hospitality operations while helping improve the way we manage product from delivery to storage.
Schedule:
Part-time working Monday-Thursday about 30 hours a week. What You'll Do Place orders accurately and on time based on par levels, inventory needs, and business demands. Receive deliveries, verify products and quantities, identify discrepancies, and support accurate invoice processing. Organize storage areas and maintain inventory using FIFO rotation and established safety and housekeeping standards. Partner with Retail, Experiences, to ensure products and supplies are available for daily operations. Help improve inventory organization, ordering, receiving, and stock management processes. Required High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ year of relevant experience in inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or supply chain support. Preferred Experience with par levels, perpetual inventory, FIFO inventory organization, or stock rotation. Background supporting retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or event operations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly move and organize boxes and inventory items. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the building, storage, and receiving areas during the shift.
