A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description
Purpose of Job Responsible and accountable for maintaining inventory for floor stock and PAR level items. Job Functions Maintains location/department specific inventory lists and ensures supplies are kept at appropriate levels. Checks, identifies and processes damaged, recalled and expired products. Maintains central distribution area to ensure supplies are clean and well organized to support accurate inventory counts. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Work Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Ability to make simple mathematic calculations, including the use of a calculator Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in the English language and respond accordingly to complete job functions Ability to communicate in the English language License/Certifications Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of storeroom and inventory functions in a healthcare setting Physical Demands Link to Employee Health Physical Demands Compensation Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity.
