Job Description

Join our growing food truck team as a cleaner, organizer and stocker of a food truck. This has the potential of being a great second job or a job for a student. In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining a spotless, well stocked food truck each morning, Tuesday through Saturday from 5 am to 8:00 am and Monday 5 am to 11 am and then assisting as needed in the commissary/production kitchen. Whether you're passionate about cleanliness, organization or just being a vital part of a team, this role provides a place to expand your experience within the food industry. Maintain cleanliness of the food truck's interior ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized and organized. Filter Fryers and change oil Fill truck up with fresh water and drain gray water Support the food truck team by stocking all equipment, food, and dry goods needed for the day. Washing dishes Deep cleaning (boiling out) fryers Assist in the commissary kitchen by being cross trained in bakery type activities (making dough, packaging frozen product and labeling, sheeting dough, folding and sealing our signature hand pies, measuring and weighing ingredients, washing dishes) Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
