This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your retail and customer service skills while ensuring our market remains well-stocked, inviting, and efficient. As a vital team member, you'll help create a lively shopping atmosphere by preparing products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized space. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive the success of our grab-and-go offerings, making every visit memorable for our guests. Duties Prepare and package grab-and-go food items and beverages with attention to quality and presentation Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide product demos when needed Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and upselling opportunities Stock shelves, coolers, and display cases to ensure products are fresh, appealing, and well-organized Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the market, including prep stations and service counters Monitor inventory levels, assist with merchandising efforts, and communicate stock needs to supervisors Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, managing phone inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales processes Supervising experience or ability to oversee team activities during shifts Ability to perform basic math for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of culinary market operations, merchandising techniques, and stock management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Experience in product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and culinary environments is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products with enthusiasm!
