Start Time:

6:00 AM until route completion (typically 3:00-4:00 PM) Position Overview We are hiring a dependable and motivated Merchandiser to support a beverage distribution team servicing accounts throughout Wilmington and Leland. This is a route-based merchandising role requiring the use of your personal vehicle to travel between assigned accounts. This position is not a delivery driver role —the primary focus is on stocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays within stores. You will work independently across your route, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, clean, and aligned with company standards. Key Responsibilities Travel between assigned customer locations using your personal vehicle Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with product Rotate inventory and remove damaged or outdated items Organize backstock and maintain clean, orderly storage areas Build and maintain attractive, well-stocked displays Conduct product quality checks and basic audits Communicate with store staff and internal teams as needed Follow assigned routes and manage time effectively throughout the day Qualifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Work Environment Active, fast-paced role with constant movement Frequent lifting, bending, and standing Exposure to varying weather conditions Regular interaction with store teams and staff Why Join Us Consistent, full-time schedule with steady pay Mileage reimbursement and auto allowance Independent, route-based work Opportunity to build relationships and make a direct impact in stores #IND1
