Responsibilities Stock shelves with packaged goods and other retail products, ensuring accurate placement and presentation. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory safely. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and managing inbound/outbound logistics. Support inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, identifying discrepancies, and reporting issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to product inquiries and helping customers locate items efficiently. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse operations equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and merchandising. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques. Experience in retail store environments or warehouse operations is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and managing stock levels accurately. Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
