Above all, the job of the Playspace Associate is to interact positively with clients and attend to their needs. A successful Playspace Associate is self-motivated, friendly, detail-oriented and thorough. The Playspace & Events Associate role is a part-time position that includes: Greet and check in guests as they enter, and interact positively with clients throughout their visit Process payments Clean and maintain the play space, cafe, and bathrooms, and maintain desk duties throughout shift Assist with setup and cleanup for birthday parties and events, manage client safety and attend to host's needs during event rentals Answer questions and provide information to customers about Playday pricing, services and events Manage incoming phone calls Check and restock any necessary inventory (bathroom, cafe, janitorial, etc.) Please complete application on our website: https://www.playdaycny.com/jobopps
