This is a hands-on retail position involving customer service, sales, stocking, inventory, and store cleanliness. It can be part time or full time depending on the applicant. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service. Assist customers with product questions and purchases. Operate the POS system, cash register, and handle payments accurately. Receive, organize, and stock merchandise. Replenish shelves and maintain an organized sales floor. Assist with inventory counts and product organization. Answer customer phone calls professionally. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable. Dust shelves, displays, counters, and other store surfaces. Sweep, mop, empty trash, and perform general cleaning as needed. Occasionally clean the bathroom and kitchen/break area. Work with team members to support daily store operations. Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Able to lift and carry 20-50 lb. boxes throughout the day. Comfortable carefully handling and stocking glass bottles. Able to use a step ladder to retrieve merchandise. Basic math and counting skills for cash handling and inventory. Comfortable using Windows- and Android-based computer systems. Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Reliable transportation. Willing to perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties. Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus. Wine and/or spirits knowledge is a plus. Experience Retail, cashier, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required . POS/cash register experience, inventory experience, and knowledge of wine or spirits are all a plus. Pay:
