PRODUCT CARE SPECIALIST

Showplace Rent to Own is hiring a Product Care Specialist (PCS) Our Product Care Specialists are more than delivery drivers. They're trusted professionals who represent Showplace inside our customers' homes every day. If you're hardworking, dependable, enjoy staying active, and take pride in great customer service, this could be the career for you. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position — not a desk job. What You'll Do Safely deliver, install, and pick up furniture, appliances, electronics, and other merchandise. Lift, carry, load, unload, and maneuver heavy merchandise throughout the day. Enter customers' homes professionally and respectfully while providing outstanding service. Properly set up merchandise and explain product features to customers. Identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services. Safely operate company vehicles while following traffic laws and company policies. Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained. Assist with warehouse organization, product preparation, inventory movement, and general store operations. Work closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to provide a great customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For Dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day. Able to safely lift and maneuver heavy furniture and appliances. Professional attitude and strong communication skills. Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Why Showplace?
