Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities. Maintain stock levels by assisting with stocking shelves and merchandising products to enhance store presentation. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and promotions. Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support the team with basic retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization. Promote store sales through upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising principles. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions. Experience in supervising or leading team members is beneficial but not required. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed.
