Job Summary Hy-Vee Grocery Store is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Grocery Floor Associate to support daily store operations, merchandise stocking, product organization, and customer service. The ideal candidate will help maintain well-stocked shelves, accurate product displays, and a clean and welcoming shopping environment. Key Responsibilities Stock and replenish grocery products on shelves and displays Organize merchandise according to store standards and product categories Check product dates, packaging, pricing, and shelf conditions Assist with receiving and moving merchandise throughout the store Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor areas Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to supervisors Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandise Remove damaged or expired products according to store procedures Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Qualifications Previous grocery, retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely lift, carry, and move merchandise Good communication and customer service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced store environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn store procedures and product standards About the Company Hy-Vee Grocery Store is a grocery retail business offering a broad selection of food, household products, and everyday essentials.
