Must be available to work weekends. Schedule is TBD with two days off during the week. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Bilingual Leads to support night sorting operations in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is responsible for assisting employees, directing package flow, monitoring productivity, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have previous warehouse or leadership experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced overnight environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist employees during night sorting operations. Help direct the flow of packages through the sorting process. Ensure packages are sorted accurately and placed in the correct carts or containers. Monitor workflow and help maintain productivity throughout the shift. Communicate instructions and updates to team members. Assist with resolving basic issues and report concerns to the supervisor. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support management with daily warehouse and sorting operations. General Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous warehouse, distribution, or lead experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull packages as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate sorting. Must be dependable and able to work the assigned overnight schedule. Must be available to work weekends.
