Pharr, TX Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Delegation Full Job Description Job Description The Shipping Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, leading warehouse associates, and ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. This role serves as the first point of contact for associates on the floor and supports safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of shipping associates to meet daily shipping and productivity goals Assign work, prioritize tasks, and ensure adequate coverage throughout the shift Monitor order accuracy, packing standards, and shipping documentation Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and proper use of equipment Train newly hired associates and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Troubleshoot shipping delays, shortages, or system issues and escalate when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area (6S standards) Communicate status updates, issues, and performance metrics to leadership Support inventory accuracy, scanning, labeling, and carrier pick-up schedules Enforce attendance, timekeeping, and work standards consistently Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts El Líder de Equipo del Almacén de Envíos es responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias de envío, liderar a los asociados del almacén y asegurar que los pedidos se recojan, empaquen y envíen de manera correcta y a tiempo.
