In other words, here's the technical stuff. Education or Experience We'd prefer you to have e-commerce experience, but if you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach you. We'd like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education. Language Skills We need you to be able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos. You must be able to communicate with and understand coworkers and guests. Bilingual skills are a plus. Mathematical Skills You need the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without taking your shoes off. Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality are needed for success. You need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who completes job assignments in a timely fashion and then looks for the next task. Hours Full-time is typically 35+ hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week. Part-time is up to 25 hours per week. We schedule for the needs of our business. Working outside of your scheduled time without District Manager approval is prohibited and subject to discipline. In other words, you cannot decide to make up hours because you missed some time after a night out with your buddies unless your District Manager ok's it. Reasoning Ability You need the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Certificates, Licenses You must maintain a valid TABC Beverage Seller's Permit, and in some cases, a valid Food Handler's Permit. Qualifications As an E Com Associate- Curbside, you'll review submitted orders and contact Customers regarding order selection as needed You'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for customer service and order review, select eCommerce online orders, package them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and ensure all perishable / non-perishable eCommerce merchandise areas are clean and free of debris Reviews submitted orders; helps coordinate proper allocation of resources to ensure accurate and on-time completion Assist in selecting, sorting, unloading merchandise from baskets into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas, and returning products to their proper location as needed Provides superior customer service by phone and e mail when reviewing orders with customers; suggests items for substitute as needed; answers product-related questions, locates products, and helps customers as needed Packages / transports/ loads groceries, merchandise from the Store to customer's vehicle Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product Achieves productivity standards Selects necessary items to complete order from store, to pack and put away customer orders in staging area, to retrieve orders for customers, and to review customer order and communicate changes and or adjust order with the customer In the absence of the Manager / Lead, takes the lead to communicate Maintains / stocks bag areas Organizes / cleans / prepares E Com area Loads/ unloads / moves heavy, bulky products to support eCommerce order selection Maintains standards for safety and sanitation Work with Customers and stay attentive to their needs Share job details to
