Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs through product demos and personalized recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer purchases Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring displays are attractive and inviting Handle cash drawer balancing, retail math calculations, and cashiering duties with precision Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Support supervising staff during busy periods by overseeing daily store operations and assisting with training new team members Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations with strong cash handling skills Previous supervising experience is preferred to help guide team members effectively Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus) Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies to boost sales Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and inventory stocking procedures Strong organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing stock levels, and maintaining store presentation standards Professional phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries courteously over the phone Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while developing your retail expertise!
