Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities Stock shelves and retail displays with grocery items and general merchandise Restock products using back-stock and items stored in the stockroom Arrange products neatly and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and order Monitor shelves and identify items that are out of stock or running low Keep shelves, displays, and surrounding work areas clean and well-organized Support the unloading and transport of products to various areas throughout the store Adhere to proper product handling practices and workplace safety guidelines Help ensure that store aisles remain clear and safe for both customers and staff Provide friendly assistance to shoppers who need help finding products Take on additional general store tasks as directed by the team lead Qualifications Experience in grocery, retail, produce, or food service is a plus, though not required Keen attention to detail with a focus on product quality and presentation Consistent reliability and dependability in attendance and performance Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving work environment Approachable and customer-focused with a positive attitude Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for the duration of a shift Ability to lift and move boxes and product loads as the job requires SmartTalent Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
