Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Third Shift Logistics ASP/Foreperson to oversee and coordinate warehouse and transportation operations during overnight hours. This leadership role is vital in ensuring efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in logistics, warehouse management, and process improvement to optimize workflows and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities o Responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the day-to-day functions of receiving, replenishment, slotting, and sanitation while maintaining high productivity levels for hourly associates. o Responsible for running the shift when the supervisor is off o Role model and demonstrate Kroger's core values. o Understand and drive achievement of Mazomanie's Key Performance Indicators o Ensure the operation is fully ready for the selection shift and serving our customers o Communicate effectively with all staff levels of the operation including 3rd Party 3PL partners, drivers, guards, and contractors o Coaching, training, and developing new associates o Leadership and Accountability Run the shift when the Supervisor is off work Arm/Disarm the building Maintain work schedules & assignments Perform Methods Observations on LTO's and Stockers Perform audits on LTO's, Stockers, and Receivers o Replenishment Create replenishment work Assign lanes to orders Assign wave ID's to orders Determine LTO and Stocker assignments based on work content Assign/move associates to different roles or areas based on workflow Run WIN batch refill to force WIN to create cherry pick assignments for product received earlier in the shift Release orders for first route which creates HR and HC fork work o Receiving Determine receiving priorities for each night Setup receiving door assignments Have an intimate knowledge of Kroger's receiving process and procedures Cover receiving clerk duties as needed Sign off on as witness on RCN's o Inventory Control Investigate Limbo Pallets, Exceptions, and Adjustments Assist with new item slotting as needed Run large order quantity report and re-slot items as needed o Other duties as assigned
