Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by answering questions and offering product recommendations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Pull online orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly selected, packed, and ready for pickup or delivery. Stock shelves regularly, organize displays, and maintain clean, attractive merchandising throughout the store. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cashiering duties, and managing cash drawers with integrity. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, replenishing supplies, and reporting low stock levels promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and uphold high standards of customer service. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable. Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles within a grocery or retail setting. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling. Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team coordination and training new staff. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising best practices to enhance shopping experiences.
