Rather than relying on generic marketing, we focus on direct customer engagement, educating consumers on device options, data plans, internet speeds, and bundled solutions in a way that is clear, consultative, and results-driven.
Leadership Development Associate Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers on a daily basis to provide detailed information about Verizon Wireless devices, service plans, upgrades, contract renewals, and Frontier Internet packages, ensuring a smooth enrollment process and strong customer retention. Develop in-depth knowledge of Verizon Wireless products, including smartphones, data plans, and mobile features, as well as Frontier Internet speed tiers, pricing, and installation options to confidently educate customers and recommend the right solutions. Work alongside other entry-level sales and customer support team members to share field feedback, refine sales approaches, and drive overall team performance across telecommunications campaigns. Assess and interpret customer usage needs, such as data consumption, streaming habits, or home office demands, to tailor wireless and internet packages that align with their lifestyle and budget. Support fellow sales professionals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including device protection plans, additional lines, or speed upgrades, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Maintain consistent communication with leadership and compliance teams to ensure all Verizon Wireless and Frontier Internet promotions, disclosures, and enrollment procedures are presented accurately and in accordance with company and industry guidelines.
Leadership Development Associate Requirements:
1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, hospitality, retail sales, or related industry experience preferred A natural competitor that works well in a team environment driven by goals The ability to communicate in an empathetic and professional manner with clients, customers, and other entry-level associates Possession of a solution-oriented mindset and is quick to adapt to changes in consumer and business needs Maintain a great attitude and infectious positivity in a people-focused industry, especially faced with challenges from our customers and specific targets to meet
