Job Description
We are expanding our team in Sacramento and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Associates representing AT&T services. You'll be part of a team that focuses on performance, development, and real-world business experience from day one. In this position, you'll interact directly with customers, walk them through available AT&T service options, and support them from the first conversation through activation. You'll also gain exposure to goal setting, territory coverage, and team-based performance in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Associate Speak with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless and internet options Break down service plans, pricing, and promotions in a way that's easy to understand Help customers choose services that match their needs and usage Handle the setup process and ensure accurate completion of new accounts Respond to questions and provide clear, helpful information Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and completed enrollments Contribute to team targets and stay consistent with daily activity goals Build confidence in communication, sales, and customer interaction Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Associate Background in sales, customer interaction, or team-based environments is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and build rapport with clients Shows initiative and leadership potential in group or team settings Comfortable staying organized, tracking progress, and managing basic reporting or systems Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to improve in a performance-driven environment Able to stay resilient, adaptable, and focused while working toward individual and team goals
