We are hiring a Verizon Wireless Associate to work directly with customers, helping them explore and sign up for Verizon wireless products and services. In this role, you'll meet with customers face-to-face, answer questions, and guide them through simple service options. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build customer service and sales experience, and is looking for long-term growth. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required to get started. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Wireless Associate Meet with customers in person to introduce Verizon wireless products and services Answer questions and provide clear, helpful support Help customers choose plans and complete the signup process Assist with upgrades and basic account support Work with a team to hit daily and weekly goals Minimum Qualifications of the Verizon Wireless Associate Applicants must be at least 18 years old Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Comfortable working with customers face-to-face Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Motivated to grow and take on new challenges
