As an AT&T Wireless Representative you will work alongside AT&T by helping customers choose wireless devices and plans that fit their needs while consistently pushing toward clear sales goals. From hands-on sales experience to leadership development, our company focuses on equipping every AT&T Wireless Representative with the tools needed to build a long-term career in wireless sales with management opportunities. As an AT&T Wireless Representative you will be responsible for understanding the fundamental tools that it takes to work with customers, provide them wireless bundle solutions, and process sales orders. Our AT&T Wireless Representative are key communication experts to expand wireless brand and technology.

AT&T Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

Interact directly with customers to expand awareness on AT&T wireless phones and services Present mobile device features and plan options to drive informed customer purchases Maintain a professional and engaging sales presence with every interaction Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance benchmarks for wireless services Monitor personal sales results and optimize selling strategies within the company Keep up with AT&T product updates, offers, and promotions to present to customers Support company-wide expansions through consistent performance and accountability

AT&T Wireless Representative Qualifications:

Previous wireless or sales experience is a plus Goal-oriented mindset with a strong competitive drive Clear communication and confident presentation skills Ability to build quick rapport with customers Strong work ethic and consistency in fast-paced settings Coachable attitude with a focus on development and skill improvement
