Position Summary:
Sheridan Ross P.C. is seeking 2L students to participate in our 8-10 week summer associate program. These roles will be sponsored by one of our practice groups for either patent prosecution or litigation. You will have the opportunity for mentorship while engaging in project work, exposure to various practice groups, client meeting attendance, and participation in firm collaboration and socials. You can expect to grow an understanding of patent law and make connections.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be qualified to sit for the USPTO's patent bar. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical degree in one of the following: electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or biomedical engineering. Work experience in the engineering field is a bonus Application documents:
