Location:
Washington, DC (Hybrid - 50% onsite)
Clearance:
U.S. National required | Public Trust (obtainable) Why this role? Own and shape enterprise-level Records & Information Management solutions using Microsoft Purview and the Power Platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll drive automation, compliance, and modern data governance in a federal environment. What you'll be doing:
  • Build and enhance ERM/RIM solutions using Microsoft Purview and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell)
  • Develop automation for retention labels, metadata enrichment, and disposition workflows
  • Improve data quality and streamline records processes through integration's and tooling
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate compliance and RIM requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize systems while driving continuous improvement What you bring:
  • 7+ years of development experience, ideally within ERM/RIM or information governance
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview and Power Platform
  • Experience building workflows, automation, and integration's
  • Understanding of federal records regulations (NARA, OMB, FOIA)
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Nice to have:
  • Experience in federal or regulated environments
  • Integration experience with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint
  • Knowledge of metadata standards, retention schedules, and governance frameworks Key requirements:
  • U.S. National
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC at least 50% of the time
