Job Title:
Filling Technician I Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility as Manufacturing Process Technicians. This role supports a new product line, driven by increased market demand. Technicians will load materials, complete electronic batch records, maintain logbook entries, document work orders, and conduct process checks to ensure quality. A focus on process improvement is key, as is reporting and resolving line issues. Responsibilities Load materials and complete batch packaging records for all processes. Maintain accurate electronic documentation, including batch records and logbook entries. Conduct process checks to ensure quality standards are met. Report recurring issues on the production line and assist in developing solutions. Engage in process improvement initiatives and provide suggestions. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively. Essential Skills Understanding of Bioworks and manufacturing operations. Knowledge of biotechnology and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Previous manufacturing experience in a GMP environment. Aseptic and cleanroom experience, including gowning. Technical proficiency for electronic documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to GMP knowledge. Interest and initiative to work in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Bioworks/Associates in Biotechnology is advantageous. Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. Work Environment This role involves working in a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, requiring 12-hour shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.33 - $24.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
