Your Role As a Senior Mechanical Associate in our Forensics Practice, you'll step into a role where your expertise drives project direction, client strategy, and technical excellence. What You'll Do Own the technical vision on large or complex forensic projects, setting direction, leading independent technical reviews, and defining best-in-class solutions. Serve as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships, anticipating needs, and creating long-term strategic impact. Lead and grow high-performing teams, managing and delegating both technical and management responsibilities across multiple staff. Drive new business and market presence through high-level proposal development, thought leadership, and visible industry engagement. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with a track record of leading complex projects. Recognized subject matter expertise in your practice area, with strong technical judgment and advanced problem-solving ability.
