Who We're Looking For We are seeking a confident, trustworthy, and sales-driven Buyer who knows consumer electronics inside and out and can think on their feet. This role is built for someone who can quickly size up a device — condition, rarity, demand, market trends — and translate that into a fair offer, then negotiate that offer face-to-face with the public. If you're the person your friends ask before buying a used phone, and you love the challenge of closing a deal, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience Inspect phones, laptops, tablets, consoles, and other electronics for functionality and condition Verify device lock status before purchase — including IMEI lock, iCloud Activation Lock, Google FRP Lock, BitLocker, and other account or carrier locks — and decline locked devices per company policy Assess device value in real time based on condition, rarity, demand, and current market pricing Present offers and negotiate confidently with customers to close deals that work for both sides Process transactions accurately and securely Provide quick, helpful phone support for customers calling about offers, hours, directions, or general questions Stay current on electronics trends, new releases, and resale market shifts Maintain organized inventory and store cleanliness Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission — earn on every buy that we're able to resell at a profit Training on negotiation tactics and electronics valuation Friendly, team-oriented environment Real, transferable experience in sales, negotiation, and consumer tech Qualifications Strong negotiating skills — comfortable working a deal with the public and closing confidently Solid working knowledge of consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, tablets, consoles) and what drives their resale value Ability to quickly assess condition, rarity, and demand to land on an accurate offer Familiarity with checking IMEI status, iCloud/Google account locks, and BitLocker encryption a plus Strong communication and people skills Comfortable answering phones and providing quick, helpful information to callers Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Sales or retail experience required Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Why Join Us?
