Overview Join our dynamic team as a Staging Technician and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure seamless flow within our distribution center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in logistics and inventory control. Responsibilities Pull devices and assemble orders for shipment. Stage and configure devices for deployment. This includes firmware, static IP, agents, activations, etc. Review and react to changes in workload with flexible working hours based on project needs. Perform production testing and troubleshooting to meet product shipment schedule. Analyze field returns to root cause and adhere to internal RMA processes. Coordinate with vendor to request and process return to vendor. Assist with troubleshooting live devices. Operate in a team environment to support our customers' needs. Perform cycle counts and warehouse duties as needed. Perform additional duties at the Manager request Experience 2+ Years of experience in a staging/warehouse environment. Experience with device troubleshooting is a plus. Experience in a technical support/call center or NOC environment a plus. Experience working with warranty repair processes, third-party vendors a plus. Experience updating SOP's and Process Documentation is a plus. Basic understanding of router and modem operation. Experience working with process improvement and problem-solving. Experience with electrical is a plus. Skills High School Graduate. CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to quickly build knowledge of products and services. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong decision-making skills and the ability to think through issues and independently formulate logical resolutions. Good organizing, technical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution ability Must be a team player, highly motivated, and inclined towards learning new technologies.
