We are an authorized AT&T dealer hiring a Wireless Consultant to join our West Des Moines team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to help them understand wireless products, services, devices, and account options based on their individual needs. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that combines customer service, wireless sales, and account support. You will receive training on the products and services you will be representing, so previous wireless experience is not required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person Learn about each customer's wireless needs and provide appropriate product and service information Explain wireless plans, devices, upgrades, promotions, and account options Assist customers with new account setup, upgrades, and service changes Answer questions about products and account options clearly and professionally Stay informed on current wireless products, services, and promotions Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales and account setup process Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals Pay & Rewards $12-$17 per hour Additional commissions based on sales performance Performance bonuses Weekly pay Employee discounts Training and ongoing support Opportunities to build experience in wireless sales, retail customer service, account management, and leadership What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers face to face Reliable and able to work as part of a team Willing to learn wireless products, services, and account processes Able to work in an in-person customer-facing environment Previous experience in wireless, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing positions can be helpful, but it is not required. About the Position This is an in-person wireless sales and customer service position in the West Des Moines area. You will be employed by our company, an authorized AT&T dealer, and will represent AT&T wireless products and services as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. This is not a direct employment position with AT&T.
