Overview Looking for a technically skilled professional to support field teams, dealers, and customers in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues. This role focuses on diesel engine systems, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced diagnostic support. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex diesel and electrical system issues. Support field technicians, dealers, and customers with technical problem-solving. Analyze diagnostic data and work with cross-functional teams to identify solutions. Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support bulletins. Assist with machine updates, testing, and implementation of new parts or system improvements. Travel within the U.S. and Canada as needed (approximately 10-20%). Required Qualifications Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Technology Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, electrical systems, and emissions/aftertreatment systems. Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) systems is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Comfortable learning and using proprietary diagnostic software and tools. Ideal Background Technician experience with agricultural equipment dealers or OEMs. Strong diesel and electrical diagnostic expertise. entry level candidates from Agricultural Technology, Diesel Technology, or similar technical programs are also encouraged to apply.
