Essential Functions:
In this position you will be crucial in developing and implementing growth strategies for target markets and customers. Management of existing assigned accounts with a focus on relationships and new growth to optimize KimCo's capabilities. Identify and pursue target customers that fit the goals for KimCo's profile. Work to ensure a high degree of customer value and help drive and identify emerging markets and technology fit. Support the work environment values that are core to KimCo's success. By being flexible. responsive and dedicated, we become the company of choice by customers employees and suppliers- KimCo Responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to: Bring on new customers that have long term partnership potential & strategic value. Manage assigned accounts. Develop plans and strategies for new business. Ongoing Market review and develop target customers with penetration strategies. Execute on relationship development and new business growth strategies. Set goals and measurement objectives for performance on quarterly basis with GM. Advance KimCo's relationships with the existing customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and high degree of customer value. Help drive ongoing improvement. Focus on understanding customer goals, their market requirements and direction. Customize presentations and sales/marketing tools to meet specific customer needs and updated capabilities. Lead the identification of new target customers and markets. Ensuring the target Customer and KimCo's Customer Service, internal support teams are in sync for best service. Contributes to team effort by supporting internal needs and external customer support. Support the Quoting of new products and re-quoting of existing products. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential customers and others in key positions . Understand Company's competitors in order to establish targets and long term fit, technology and certification direction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in an Account Development role, strong field sales background. Electronic Manufacturing Sales experience. In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, market trends, and emerging technologies. Proven Business skills and strategic thinking abilities. Success in business expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Computer skills on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and email communication. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customer, and internal KimCo staff. Demonstrated leadership skills, drive and motivate. Determined and self-motivated. Remote- travel required. Position title may vary with candidate. Direct report to GM.
