Job Description

Overview Established HVAC company is seeking an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. Candidates must have prior sales experience and a basic understanding of HVAC systems. Experience in commercial sales is strongly preferred. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong communication skills, good time management skills and a team oriented attitude. The right candidate will be comfortable building relationships, identifying customer needs and helping drive revenue growth. Salary plus commission compensation will be based on experience Duties Engage with prospective clients to identify their HVAC needs through consultative discussions and technical assessments Conduct pre-sales activities including technical analysis, solution design, and proposal development to meet customer requirements Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to installation, maintaining high customer satisfaction Demonstrate proficiency in product demos by showcasing features such as energy efficiency, smart controls, and remote monitoring capabilities Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress using CRM tools and internal databases Experience Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the HVAC or related technology sectors Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, cloud platforms and local utility incentive programs Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously Excellent analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend optimal solutions based on technical specifications Prior experience in technical sales involving complex products or services is highly desirable Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, technical expertise, and energetic customer engagement. $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
