Job Description
About the Role We are a hospitality and real estate management company operating hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, and an in-house construction and maintenance division. We are hiring an AI Implementation Specialist to design and build practical AI-driven workflows that solve real operational problems across our businesses, not theoretical use cases, but the daily friction our teams face with fragmented systems, manual reporting, and inconsistent data. What You Will Work On Automating weekly financial and labor data reconciliation across multiple disconnected systems, including point-of-sale, inventory, payroll, and hotel management platforms. Building a centralized, AI-searchable knowledge base of contracts, leases, franchise standards, and vendor agreements across our properties. Creating AI-assisted efficiency tracking for construction and maintenance crews using time clock data, field notes, and photo documentation. Designing lightweight AI-powered systems to help leadership maintain visibility into team priorities and alignment across departments. Who We Are Looking For Someone who has actually implemented AI tools and workflows inside a real company before, ideally in operations-heavy industries such as hospitality, real estate, construction, or retail. Strong systems thinking. Comfortable mapping messy, human, multi-system workflows before proposing a solution. Practical builder mentality. You would rather ship something useful in two weeks than something perfect in six months. Excellent communicator who can explain technical solutions in plain language to non-technical managers and staff. Experience integrating disparate software systems and APIs is a strong plus. What Success Looks Like Within the first quarter, weekly manual reporting time across our properties is significantly reduced, key company knowledge is centrally accessible, and our teams have greater clarity and trust in the numbers and priorities driving decisions.
