This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. As a Wireless Associate, you'll help customers explore AT&T wireless and solutions while building valuable experience in communication, customer support, and professional development. As a Wireless Associate, you'll interact directly with customers to answer questions, explain available AT&T products and services, and assist them in selecting solutions that best fit their needs. We provide comprehensive training, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in customer service, retail, or wireless communications. No prior experience is required. Key Functions of the Wireless Associate Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience during every interaction. Educate customers about AT&T wireless and internet products, services, and current offers. Support new account activations, service updates, and customer onboarding. Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable guidance regarding available products and services. Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on new products, technology, and customer service best practices. Basic Qualifications for the Wireless Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment. Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
