Job Description

Role Overview This is a high-ownership, technical, customer-facing role that combines engineering understanding, sales execution, and operational coordination. You will not only drive revenue, but also ensure that what is sold is technically sound, compliant, and executed seamlessly across manufacturing, warehouse, and accounting. Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Execution
  • Engage with dealers, upfitters, OEMs, and fleet customers to understand vehicle requirements
  • Develop and propose technical solutions and layouts using Pareto systems
  • Translate customer needs into clear proposals, quotes, and specifications
  • Drive opportunities from initial discussion → technical validation → close
  • Lead product demos, technical presentations, and early install support Compliance & Technical Understanding
  • Develop strong understanding of FMVSS requirements relevant to Pareto products
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with safety, compliance, and testing requirements
  • Support customers in understanding compliance implications during design and purchase
  • Order Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Own the end-to-end fulfillment process for customer orders Coordinate with:
  • Manufacturing → production planning & readiness
  • Warehouse → inventory, packing, and shipment
  • Accounting → invoicing, payments, and order closure
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with customer expectations Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather structured product and installation feedback from customers
  • Translate real-world insights into actionable input for:
  • Engineering (design improvements)
  • Manufacturing (process optimization)
  • Marketing (messaging and positioning)
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively drive solutions Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure feasibility and scalability
  • Help define standard configurations, pricing logic, and sales tools
  • Support development of technical documentation and training materials Qualifications Bachelor/associate degree in engineering/business/marketing/sales
Preferred:
Strong understanding of: Commercial vehicles (Transit, Promaster, Sprinter, etc.) Mechanical systems, mounting, and layouts Ability to operate across sales, engineering, and operations simultaneously Strong ownership mindset with ability to execute independently Experience with mobility / ADA vehicles or fleet upfitting Familiarity with FMVSS standards or vehicle compliance requirements Experience working with manufacturing or production environments CAD or layout tool experience Hands-on installation or shop background
Pay:
$58,837.28 - $65,000.00 per year
