Job Description

Omnetics Connector Corporation is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a successful career in the technology and connector industry.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Develop a deep understanding of Omnetics Connector Corporation's product line and their applications. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay informed about product updates and industry advancements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Omnetics' connectors.
Sales Meetings and Presentations:
Assist in scheduling and conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements. Deliver compelling presentations to highlight the features and benefits of Omnetics' products.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with technical products, especially connectors or electronic components. Proficiency in CRM software.
