Job Description

Description:
Performs intermediate skilled technical work implementing and managing the Tyler MUNIS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Provides software support, creates reports and analyzes data, trains users, develops policies and procedures, assists in implementation processes, installs and integrates new systems into existing systems, determines ERP needs, etc. Work is performed in collaboration with the Finance Department, ERP provider, and under the general direction of the Information Technology Director.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems, computer science, business administration or related field and 3 or more years' experience supporting ERP systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of a driver's license valid in the State of North Carolina is required.
