This position will closely interact and collaborate with the global technical service and support the marketing & sales team in the Americas. Essential Job Functions Day-to-day laboratory activities as related to color cosmetic pigments and applications, including: Assisting with the development and claim substantiation of cosmetic pigment products in cosmetic formulation Formulation of all types of cosmetic products, with an emphasis on color cosmetics. Closely follow safety and environmental standards Providing technical support for our customer base Ability to be highly organized, capable of clearly documenting work through technical reports and being comfortable with daily communication internally across multi

• functional teams and with customers Organize results into reports or slides to be presented at internal meetings Laboratory maintenance, including equipment calibration and raw material management (order, storage and follow-up) Other duties as assigned Required Education/ Training/ Certificates/ Licenses BS/BA degree in Chemistry, cosmetic science, or any related technical field 5+ years of laboratory and cosmetic formulation experience, with a focus on color cosmetics A fundamental understanding of general chemistry concerning cosmetic raw ingredients Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organization skills Good communication skills and the ability to positively interact across functional units in a global organization Ability to manage and deliver several project deadlines concurrently and manage work through business enterprise workflow software '

Compensation Range:

90-95K annually
