Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in package-based solutions such as SAP and Oracle, systems analysis, and application lifecycle management, and a proven ability to define scope and requirements, translate needs into specifications, and guide successful testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:

Work individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet client requirements. Participate in team planning and contribute to Client Support goals. Serve as a subject matter expert in product testing and validation as needed. Act as liaison between end users and technology teams during consulting projects. Research and document client needs, technologies, and regulations impacting systems across multiple platforms and applications. Define product scope, objectives, requirements, specifications, and data models for development and testing. Create detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Devise and modify processes and procedures to improve efficiency and solve complex business process problems. Provide software-specific design, realization, testing, deployment, and release management for client solutions. Support technical and functional application management of package-based solutions. Apply functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training. Manage workload, provide progress updates, and demonstrate flexibility to meet objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical degree or related work experience. Subject matter expertise in relevant package-based solutions such as SAP or Oracle. Proficiency in requirements definition, specifications, and data modeling. Experience with testing, deployment, and release management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize applications and systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience acting as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Familiarity with structured methodologies for application services, testing, and training. Why BCforward?
