Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting consulting engagements and collaborating with senior consultants to deliver solutions for manufacturing and packaging clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in process analysis, system implementation, and client training.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and assist senior consultants during client engagements to understand consulting techniques and industry practices.
- Provide support for consulting projects focused on manufacturing and packaging solutions.
- Conduct on-site observations, gather data, and document processes for client workflows.
- Participate in system implementation tasks, including configuration, testing, and validation.
- Join client visits to perform assessments, deliver training, and ensure project success.
- Develop and update training materials, user guides, and reference documents tailored to client needs.
- Translate consulting insights into well-structured, actionable learning content.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to align training materials with industry standards and client expectations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of products, industry trends, and relevant technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related technical field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience; entry level are encouraged to apply.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting role.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, both now and in the future.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Capacity to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with tools and concepts such as EDI, Prophet 21, Prophet, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
